BFU730F ADS model does not work with ADS2022

I'm using NXP BFU730F for my simulation. The optimization using this device gives the below error. This error is related to the ADS model. There is no new ADS model (MEX) uploaded for this device. Can anyone assist on how to solve this issue?

Does the model work in SP and HB simulation? Does your project work with older ADS versions?
If the problem rises only during optimization, it is unlikely to be related to the version of ADS.

Can you share your project to check?
