There are two directories in this repository with the same name but different case - USBDM_DLL and Usbdm_DLL with different commits. I hope this is not intended as it causes problems with checkouts into case-insensitive filesystems.

Yes - its because I work on windows and the case of names isn't significant.
I've yet to work out how to delete one of them in GIT.
