one of my customer use vingcard door lock system for their hotel, and he buy mifare ultralight ev1 card from our company last week.
Now, they said our mifare ultralight ev1 card can't work with their Vingcard system.
it's very strange, because the mifare ultralight ev1 chip we buy directly from NXP, it should compatible and work with vingcard.
can anyone tell me what is the problem ? or what possible reason why their vingcard can not use our mifare ultralight ev1 card ?
