NTAG 424 GetVersion - Part 2 - 911c error

I am trying to call GetVersion - Part 2 command (90af000000).
I am getting 911c error randomly but this error is not documented in the NT4H2421Gx documentation.

Any idea what this means? In this case is it safe to just call the command again until it returns something other than 911c?

It seems like I needed to select some file? I though this command did not need that.

Get Version does not need to select some files, on my side did the same test everything is ok, the below is for your reference.

Step 1: Field On + Activate Idle + RATS+PPS

Step 2: GetVersion
