NXP Model-Based Design Toolbox License activation failed

Hello

I recently got the S32K3X4EVB-172 board and now that I am trying to set it up, I have a license Problem with the MBDT license. I tried to solve it with the online chat support, however, it was unsuccessful. I have attached the screenshots of the errors I am facing. Would you please help me solve this issue as soon as possible?
If there is any further information I have to provide, please let me know.

I am attaching here a link to a thread addressing the licensing process for the S32K3 MBDT. Could you please take a look at the posts here and let us know if this solves the problem you are currently facing?
