License Error: -5, Model-Based Design Toolbox License Invalid

please go to The Model-Based Design Development Toolbox Web Site and include error number.

I can't generate the correct license file to activate my s32k1xx MBD Toolbox and now i can't return my license anymore to be able to generate a new one.

Hello @Bravin_Link,

From the reported behavior, I assume that the location where the license is placed is correct, you can check this by typing the following command in the MATLAB cmd window.

winopen(fullfile(mbd_find_s32k3_root,'lic'))

Before trying again to return the license, maybe it will work after a while (if not, please let us know and we will check with the site admin) you can try changing the file extension from license .dat into license .lic or the other way around.

The customer is still having an issue with his license.  Can we reset his license so that he can start from scratch?
