We have our own BMS algorithm how to create correct (peripherals/input/output) in model based design so that I can flash my algorithm into s32k144 board can you provide some link through which I can learn and create peripherals/input/output according to my algorithm

(Basically I want some study material through which I can start integrate my algorithm into s32k144 board)

Hello @shukla007,

If we are talking about an algorithm written in C, I could recommend the following article on how to use your own C code in our toolbox: https://community.nxp.com/t5/NXP-Model-Based-Design-Tools/How-to-use-your-own-C-code-in-our-Toolbox-...

Could you please provide us with more information about your project? Are you planning to use a physical analog front end to measure and control the cells? For example, NXP provides through MBDT dedicated blocks to measure and control the cells like MC33771/2B/C. Are you planning to use this one and integrate only the algorithm?

Regards,

Marius

My algorithm is not written in c language we have simulink model and then we genrate the code and flash into s32k144 board , and we are using FRDM33771BSPIEVB as analog front end.

We have BMS, DC charging algorithm (simulink model) and we want to flash that algorithm to NXP s32k144 board but we don't know how to integrate our simulink model(how to create peripheral in simulink) than only we can flash genrated code into s32k144 board.

Plz provide some resource so that I can make my algorithm ready for NXP board.

Hello @shukla007

Thank you for the information provided regarding your project!

Given the context, I would recommend starting with the following webinar, we had a while ago, in collaboration with MathWorks. This webinar shows how you could integrate such algorithms, similar to the one you have mentioned https://www.mathworks.com/videos/deploying-battery-management-system-algorithms-on-nxp-s32k-from-sim...

In addition to that we had also an article which describes the hardware setup alongside with the required blocks from our toolbox for the part you have mentioned: https://community.nxp.com/t5/NXP-Model-Based-Design-Tools/BMS-amp-MBDT-MC33771B-MC33772B-SPI-communi...

Hope this helps,

Marius
