why is the SPC5748G's RESET Pin low-level all the time, when core voltage is 1.25V?
The chip was downloaded successfully once, and then the chip download fails, the reset pin appears low-level all the time!

Hi,

Check if reset is right after Power on Reset low.

If yes then you have brick device by programming ECC error into HSM flash block.

I recommend you to not program HSM flash block at all.

We have already many threads on this here on community.

Check if reset is right after Power on Reset low.
