mpc5748g can't debug，and try to erase flash failed

I am using S32DS working on MPC5748G. 

Unable to debug now, display when erasing using the following tools:

Device IDcode is unknow

Device Revision is unknow

What is the matter, please?

This is a new board. It is DEVKIT-MPC5748G.

I'm doing the simulation with USB Multilink, not OPENSDA. 

So your method should not be applicable to this problem.

was it working before that? If yes, what was the last operation?

If my understanding is correct, it's DEVKIT-MPC5748G, right? Have you confirmed the supply voltages are in expected range and that the reset line is not permanently tied to GND?

Sometimes it helps to update the OpenSDA:
