In the description of Flash for MPC5645S,L0 to L3 are located in Patition 1,L4 to L7 are located in Patition 2...

When erase the Blocks,is there anything special within a patition?And What is the physical Meaning of  Patition here？

Hi, code may be executed from one partition while another one is being programmed. That's the reason for flash partitions.
