MPC5200B detailed description of JTAG/COP/BDM

Hello,

I have to develop a JTAG debugger for the MPC5200B.

I've searched the publicly available documents like MPC5200B User's Manual and G2 PowerPC Core Reference Manual (G2CORERM/D). It seems that there is still missing a lot of information on the COP Module / BDM Interface and JTAG instructions for the e300 core.

I need to know how to:

• basic control (start/stop) the CPU (e300)
• read/write to CPU registers (GPR, PC, SP, etc.)
• read/write to peripherals

Where can I find that information?

Information about JTAG/COP interface is proprietary of NXP and is not available for general access.

This interface uses internal possibilities of processor core and this information is closed.
