I am using MPC5777C.
i wanna get interrupt using FCCU if CMU_0_pll is damaged. Is there any aplication note or example about it. So which interrupt will code jump? FCCU or CMU?

No, as far as I know. It is simple settings of FCCU. For that I have AN here: Its the same module as for SPC5744P.

So which interrupt will code jump? FCCU or CMU?
Well, there is no interrupt for CMU in INTC module. So only FCCU can trigger such interrupt based on signals from CMU.
