UUU Vmware Ubuntu 18.1

I get the following error from the uuu tool when running on ubuntu 18.1 under vmware, the same lst file works fine from windows, I know this is an issue with vmware but just looking for any insight on how to resolve this issue.

Hi Tom,

Have you also tried running UUU from a Ubuntu 18 native machine in order to discard that the issue is caused by the virtual machine environment?
