Where can I find some tutotial for me learn to use MCUXpresso IDE?

I'm recently trying to learn to use Xpresso IDE, but I feel don't know where to start. Like I can find a "import SDK example" button in quickstart bar, these examples are helpful, but I feel these are insufficient. I want to know where I can find something more detailed and structural. Is anyone can give me some help in here? Thx!

I recommend starting with the MCUXpresso IDE User Guide first. You can open the Help window by going to Help => MCUXpresso IDE User Guide. There are also special sections that describe particular use cases (e.g.FreeRTOS debug).

The pdf versions of the various guides I mentioned can also be found in the MCUXpresso installation folder.
