Just a quick note to others that may be in the same position.
When attempting to cross-compile blhost on Linux with the KBOOT 2.0.0 package, linking will likely fail using the supplied host file. Even where it does succeed, there might be host contamination.
The attached patch will fix this problem, so long as the environment variable CXX is correctly set.
