Will the rate be evenly divided under the four way multiplexing of serdes on ls1043?

serdes base on ls1043 ,config RCW 0x4558. 

In my test, the QSGMII network speed was only 3Gbps.

4 QSGMII Ethernet ports can get 4Gbps.

On LS1043ARDB, for 2 cores and 4 cores, we can get the line rate for big packets when doing linux fwd.
