Hello,
I'm planning to use LS1043A in my project.
But I still have some considerations before using this CPU.
Answer to 3 questions would help to relieve my concerns.
i) Is LS1043A scheduled for military part?
ii) Refered to LS1043A_Auto, there are two temperature range options.
Are these options define the real operating temperature(which means ambient temperature)?
Information written below is refered to LS1043A_Auto Datasheet's section 8.1(Part Numbering Nomenclature).
iii) What makes the difference in power consumption and maximum frequency of LS1043A_Auto(AEC-Q100 Grade2) between LS1043A and LS1043A_Auto(AEC-Q100 Grade3)?
LS1043A_Auto, AEC-Q100 Grade 2
vs
LS1043A and LS1043A_Auto(AEC-Q100 Grade 3)

Hi @TJAhn,
Let me share you details regarding about the standard, extended, AEC- Q100 Grade 2 & AEC- Q100 Grade 3 temperature variant of LS1043A.
1. Standard
Ambient Operating Temperature (Min to Max) (℃): 0 to 105
Junction Temperature (Min to Max) (℃): 0 to 105
2. Extended
Ambient Operating Temperature (Min to Max) (℃): -40 to 105
Junction Temperature (Min to Max) (℃): -40 to 105
3. AEC- Q100 Grade 2
Ambient Operating Temperature (Min to Max) (℃): -40 to 105
Junction Temperature (Min to Max) (℃): -40 to 125
4. AEC- Q100 Grade 3
Ambient Operating Temperature (Min to Max) (℃): -40 to 85
Junction Temperature (Min to Max) (℃): -40 to 105

Hi NXP TechSupport Team (or @mrudangshelat-13 )
This is Rogan.
I have more questions about the Ta and Tj for standard and extended products.
According to your answer, the range of Ta and Tj are the same for standard and extended products.
Is there any special reason for Ta and Tj being the same in this product?
Or, was it the answer to Ta and Tj for lidless product?
Even without lid, i don't think Ta and Tj can be exactly the same.
Could you please give me more detailed explanation?
Best regards,
Rogan
