Generally, the IRC is a circuit which consists of adjustable current source, capacitor and comparator, the current source charges/discharges the capacitor, which make the capacitor voltage rising or falling, the voltage is connected to a comparator, the comparator can output square-wave signal as clock signal. The output current of current source can be adjusted so we can trim the clock frequency.
But the circuit is confidential, we have not any documentation open to public.
