LPC1833JBD144 JTAG 无法连接

您好，自己做了个最小系统板，电路如附件中，其余  IC PIN  NC。MDK 下设置 DEBUG 项，通过ULINK2无法检测到 LPC1833JBD144，帮我查看下附件的电路图是否有问题？另外，能否给我一份 LPC1833JBD144 的最小系统原理电路图？谢谢。
