Hi,

I am newbie to lpc. We have custom made lpc4430 board with external flash.

We need to flash the external flash using ISP programmer.

Can you suggest me Hardware and Software tools and any documentation for flash procedure.

please let me know hardware tool to flash.

Micro controller  : LPC4330FET180

External Flash : N25Q064A13ESE40E

Boot mode is USART0 with P2_7 pin is low.

Use Flash Magic for serial programming:

Select the external flash (I assume you used a qSPI flash) as shown in the attached picture.
