Connecting to LPC1769 Board Flashing through Commnad Prompt

Hi
I need to flash two two LPC1769 board seperately connected to the same PC through command prompt. I am able to flash a singl board through the follwing commnad crt_emu_cm3_nxp -pLPC1769 -flash-load-exec=app.axf and it works fine as in the below link.
