Hi Mayur Waghela,
At first, you need to read the L293D datasheet, normally the datasheet have the recommend application :

Then you if you want to use the K64 to control the L293d, you also need to check the L293d input pin whether can support 3.3V, as you know, the K64 pin output is 3.3V.
If the 3.3V is not enough, you need to add the circuit to transfer 3.3V to 5V to control L293D.
