how to add a gatt character in kw36

have anyone use the FRDM-KW36 board and the MCUXPRESSO ide , i have read throughout the sample in the SDK appended in the IDE, how a add a self configurate character a profile in the sample demo, for example linke blue-tooth temperature sensor demo..please give some steps or procedure to add a character and make it work. thanks a lot
