The problem of collecting the internal temperature of K66 ADC.

Recently,My Project(Kinetis K66) need using the ADC capture pin voltage and internal CPU temperature.Project ADC acquisition sequence is the first collection of pin voltage, and then capture the temperature, reciprocating cycle.When I do not pick any voltage source on the pin , the acquisition temperature is normal(16bit adc value 6545).But if I pick voltage source on the pin , the acquisition is mistake(16bit adc value 16254).I don't why? Somebody who can help me?

      After your company's technical staff to help, I found reason is ADC input frequency is too high, resulting in interference between the channels, and now has been working very well, thank you!
