Hello

I Have been using MK60DN256VLL for years and the CPUID during programming has always been 0x410FC241.

We have some chips from a different source and the CPUID is now 0x410FC240. Our code doesn't seem to run, how can I decode this CPUID to understand what is going on ?

Thanks

Hi nico547845,

CPUID Base Register
[3:0] Revision Revision number, the p value in the rnpn product revision identifier:
0x0 = Patch 0
0x1 = Patch 1

Patch 0.pngPatch 1.png

Would you please show the photo of these two MCUs? Check the part number(first line) and mask set(second line), there may some different between these two MCUs.
This is the photo of MCU on TWR-K60N512 during debug I can see the CPUID=0x410FC240

AN4445 Kinetis 100 MHz Rev 1.x to Rev 2.x Migration Guide will show you the difference between MK60DN256VLL10 and MK60DN256ZVLL10. The program developed for MK60DN256VLL10 cannot be run directly on MK60DN256ZVLL10 without modification.
