Jtag hardware for kinetis k70 with IAR workbench

Hi all, I have a TWRK70F120M and I use it with IAR Workbench. Now we would like to use JTAG instead OSJTAG to program the kinetis k70 but I don't know which working jtag hardware to choose. Can someone help me? Thank you everybody. Have a nice day
