Greetings,

I am attempting to develop a project on a FRDM-KL28Z board using Keil uVision.

I am running into difficulties connecting to the board.

When I attempt to setup the connection to my board in uVision I see the following.

The board is connected through its open SDA USB port.

I am able to see the connected volume through windows explorer.

I can connect to the board using PUTTY.

I can connect to the board using MCUXpresso.

What must I do to connect using uVision?

Hello Matthew Kehoe,

Which version of Keil uVision are you running? I tried with the newest version 5.26.2 and I didn't face any kind of problems.

Be sure that you have the corresponding packets installed.

Select the debug interface that you want to use depending on the firmware that you have on the OpenSDA of your FRDM, in my case is J-Link.

Once you select the corresponding interface click on the setting button and you should see something like the following.

Please let me know the results on your side!

Hope it helps!

Victor.

Thanks for the reply Victor, and sorry for the delayed response.

I've checked that the correct pack is installed, I see the same as your picture.

But I do not see the connected board.

Its plugged in through the SDA port and the light is on.

I'm using firmware from SEGGER

The J-Link OpenSDA Board specific firmware, FRDM-KL28Z.

Can you link to link to the firmware you're using?
