Error: unable to open CMSIS-DAP device

I purchased FRDM-K82 kit and start to test it using Kinetis design studio 3.0 in windows 10. while trying to debug with the kit i am getting following error.

I tried this windows 8 OS also, the result is,

Hi

I would recommend customer to update FRDM-K82 board OpenSDA firmware to J-Link.

Customer could find and download Segger J-Link firmware from here.

Please let us know if there still with issues after update with J-Link firmware.
