A problem with kinetis K20 IAP

i want to wite an IAP bootloader  for K20(refer to an2295sw). I can erase program flash sector and wirte a long word into program flash sector. but if i sequentially write several long bytes. it will cause Resetting the chip. In fact， when i earase a program flash sector ,it cause resetting too.

(I operate FCCOB registers using Program Section Command and Program Longword Command)

Hi Yuting,

Can you provide mode details about your problem?

Does the device feature FlexNVM? Which commands are you using? Program Section?
Are the flash routines executing from RAM?
