Can't download program to flash on MC56F8

Hello guys!

I am using CodeWarrior with UTAP for flashing the MCU. The problem i encounter is the following:

Also when i use the software for flashing with UTAP, i get the error :

Performing PROGRAM operation on MC56F8257 through the UTAP . . .
HawkV2: Core not responding

Also i can connect to the MCU and use the old version of the software.
I saw that i might have locked the flash, but nothing has worked so far. Any idea how to fix this?
It happened to 2 MCU's so far

I do not know if the usbtap device is okay or not.

I suppose you use your own PCB board, is your PCB board okay?

Yes, my PCB board is ok, i've tried on 3 more boards and still says that you cannot connect to the core. I believe it's a problem with the USBTap, but i can't seem to fix it

Turns out the problem is not in my USBTap. I've tried to download another .elf to another DSC and it worked, but still cannot flash the first 3 DSC's. Any idea what might be the problem? The program i wanted to flash included commands to delete blocks of flash memory. Could i have locked the MCU? Also i can still control the digital inputs/outputs of the DSC controller that i can't download a new flash.
