Looking for information on new Micro

Hi,

We're hearing rumors of a new Freescale processor with the following features:

USB 2.0 Slave Capability

Ethernet MAC and integrated PHY

Can I get some more information on this processor?  Will it be available before the end of '06?

There are announcements in various postings in this forum.

The Coldfire with USB is the M5222X and the one with EMAC and EPHY on board is the M5223X. Look under Coldfire and you can get all info required.

Evaluation boards can be ordered $299 each inc. CodeWarrior 128K limited version and P&E BDM.

In the next weeks a demo board will be available for $99 each.

There are seminars beginning now - sign up for one taking place in the next weeks for $99 including the demo board...

They are sampling - check out freescale details for mass production dates.

Don't get left behind. I have just taken the EMAC and EPHY into operation on an EVB on my desk.
