Upgrade of Codewarrior for coldfire

I have a standard edition of the Codewarrior license for Coldfire. What is the procedure to upgrade this to a professional edition.

You can order an upgrade to CodeWarrior Professional edition for ColdFire either on line or through your usual Freescale distributor.
