HC08: Newbie question: What is the different between Codewarrior and Codewarrior Metrowerks?

I found this two versions CD in my office, Codewarrior and Codewarrior metrowerks. I am using the lastest Codewarrior 5.1 I belief it is the latest since it just shipped in recently. As the title, anyone know the differences? I see that Codewarrior Metrowerks is old version of Codewarrior. Can anyone tell me more about this two version historical background? Thank you for solving my curiousity.

Metrowerks is the company who made Codewarrior. They were bought up by Freescale. Note that there are different Codewarrior version for different targets.

If you are using HC08 / HCS08, 5.1 sounds like the latest version.
