The application note at http://www.nxp.com/assets/documents/data/en/application-notes/AN4533.pdf references a program flash memory swap demo in the KINETIS512_SC code examples I downloaded from this thread: Where is the KINETIS512_SC.zip located? , but it's missing from the download.
The demo is supposed to show how a K60 can write to its own flash memory and then boot off of it, effectively programming itself in-system, without a programmer.

This is a very useful document to understand Kinetis series ARM microcontrollers. Hope NXP can put up another document for LPC series. If you like this idea, please like this post and hopefully NXP would take note of that.
