HCS12 Lnker Version

My desktop version of CodeWarrior version 5.1 uses: SmartLinker V-5.0.40 Build 10203, Jul 23 2010

The Jenkins Server that is Official to our team uses CodeWarrior version 5.1 but Linker is: SmartLinker V-5.0.50 Build 13113, Apr 24 2013

The binaries created are different, but both operate on my target hardware.

The map files show functions take up different sizes and are loaded at different memory locations for the 2 linker versions.

QUESTION:

Can someone tell me how to upgrade from SmartLinker  V-5.0.40 Build 10203 to SmartLinker V-5.0.50 Build 13113 ?

Hi Larry

You need download and install CodeWarrior for HCS12 v5.1 Compiler Update to CW5.1.

This update includes  SmartLinker V-5.0.50 Build 13113.
