Hi,
CodeWarrior IDE version 5.0.9 is the version of the IDE and not the tool version.
The IDE is a feature as the compiler, linker or debugger.
We need to know exactly the tool version used.
To do that you must: Under CodeWarrior IDE (classic)
Start the IDE and click on Help | About Freescale CodeWarrior.
Click on Installed Products
Provide us all info displayed.
Or you can save them in a txt file.
If the Installed Products is not available for older version you should find information in the welcome.txt
under the installation folder.
Most of the time the tool is running at Special Edition level (Free of charge).
This is may be the version you're using.
Else do you have purchased another Suite (Basic, Standard or Professional) ?

If you're using an older version, the code size could be reduced for special Edition.
