Is the CodeWarrior USB TAP 900-75115 REV G compatible with the MPC860 chip for BDM, programming and also reading the FLASH?

Please refer to USB TAP for MPC8xx from USB TAP for PowerQUICC® I|NXP , it seems that the USB TAP which you mentioned is for e300 and e500 processor. Please refer to the following part number information for MPC860 processor.
