Hi All,
I am working on a project using the MC9S12XEP100, programming in assembler, on a Win10 machine and would like to try CodeWarrior. I did some research on the NXP web site and I think there is a special edition version available that would work for me but I am unclear as to exactly what I should be downloading. Can anyone advise me on this?
Thanks
Robert

HI Rober,
Please download the latest CW5.2. Only this version can support win10 for 16bit MCU.

Hi Jun,
Thanks for your help. I did receive the e-mail and I have downloaded the evaluation version, but no short cut has appeared on my desktop and I don't see any .exe file in the folder that should open CodeWarrior. What should I be seeing that could open the program?
Regards,
Robert
Hi
You have downloaded the CodeWarrior install file. you need install it first.
If you can't see IDE icon on desktop, please follow below path to open IDE.exe.

Hi Jun,
Ahh. There it is. OK, I copied the licence.dat file you sent me and pasted it in the CWS12v5.2 folder. It replaced the licence.dat file that was there. Was that the correct thing to do? The IDE does open.

Robert
Hi
Please download evaluation edition (free version) and install it.
I just sent special edition license to your box of @telus.net. replace this license with the default one, restart CodeWarrior. your CodeWarrior goes to special edition.
