SU16 chip secure issue

Hi Support Team,

  Found a SU16 chip secure issue, and need your support.
When a SU16 chip was secured by programming a byte 0x7F into flash address 0xFF7F.

  The chip will be secured, and can’t be unsecured by any method including reprogram or whole chip erase using CW and Cyclone universal. And then, the MCU can't enter debug mode or program anymore.

The IDE is CW11.1, and algorithm file of Cyclone universal is v1.00, 05/04/2016.

  Can you please help to check ? Thanks.

Hi

the chip will be secured, nobody can read the memory, but you can perform a mass erase.
