Need help on the DEMOJM lab 3

Hi all

I am having a bit of trouble getting lab 3 of the DEMOJM working.  I am using the daughterboard with MC9S08JM60 micro.  Labs 1 and 2 work fine.  When I get to Step 6 of Lab 3, I am stuck.  I get two errors entering step 6, and then I can't find the "erase and program menu".  Here is a screenshot of the two errors, and the window that appears at step 6.  Thanks in advance for your help!

The DEMOJM board now works thru lab 3.  I reloaded the disc (I must have incorrectly loaded it previously) and now everything works.
