MM908E625ACDWB Cyclone Pro

I have some MM908E625ACDWB Chips here and I want do some Tests on it. Wich type is it? Is it a GP/JL/QY/JW type? Which Algorithm schould I use for programming?

I know this chip have a HC08 Core and should be programable witch Cyclone Pro.

Hello!

I found in datasheet that this chip should be the same as  

MC68HC908EY16.
