Finding Version of MPC5554?

How do i find which version is my mpc5554???

I have a flash driver which says it can potentially damage the flash if run on MPC5554 ver 0.x. How do I find what version is my ic.

On the package it says MPC5554MVR132.

processor version is spr 287 of the e200z6 core.

see section 2.3.3 of the e200z6 reference manual

see also section 2.3.4 on spr 1023, which lets you determine the SoC version number.

for 5554, the value read from this register might be more imporant than the base core version
