Serious Bug in Codewarrior 7.2 coldfire MCF52277

Please see the S Record below. The first line is correct but then at the same address is 4E4E5600004BFAFFFE41FA0004D1, This over writes the real code, so there is no way this code can be used to make romable code. Can anyone help? I have never seen this sort of problem before.
