Can imx8m DDR stress tool do lpddr4 training only to single appointed channel in one time

Hi,experts

 our design info : i.MX8MQ with LPDDR4 3GB(Micron 6Gb-die * 4). and we want to change the LPDDR4 3GB(Micron 6Gb-die * 4) device to LPDDR4 2GB(Micron 8Gb-die *2) device.

 when we use ddr stress tool to train our new board, we want to do LPDDR4 training to single channel ,

for example of action sequence is : do training to channel A --> do training to channel B.

please , help us confirm :

1: Can imx8m DDR stress tool do lpddr4 training only to single appointed channel in one time

2: if yes , how to set tool parameters or RPA file to achieve this goal ?

Yes, you can only use one channel (Channel A).

You can configure the bus width to 16 in RPA tool to enable only Channel A.

   and how about single channel B ?

   in fact , we encount a training failed issue. and we want to try to do training to single channel for the puopose of finding which channel failed. so we post this session on community.

   OR , are there any registers we can read , which can show the failed status of which channel, which dbyte,and what is the failed training step ?
