WUSDK archive is bad?

I have downloaded the latest WUSDK file "913x_WUSDK_REL_1.3_and_p1.gz" several times and tried decompressing it on both Windows and Linux platforms using both WinZip and gzip utilities and they all indicate that the file is invalid.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Calculate MD5 sum for your file.

Use the following command under Linux:

md5sum 913x_WUSDK_REL_1.3_and_p1.gz

b200642965783e9dd0c47eae05fd5c5c  913x_WUSDK_REL_1.3_and_p1.gz
