Is it possible that to apply negative voltage to VREFL pin(MK60DN512VLL) to measure voltage range -v,+v by using ADC

Hi ilgin,

According to the description of K60P100M100SF2V2, it's impossible that to apply negative voltage to VREFL pin(MK60DN512VLL) to measure voltage range -v,+v by using ADC.

You can use the method described by EARL.

No, not any negative voltages.  Use a single-to-differential conversion amp, with 'common' set to Vref center, and drive a differential pair of Kinetis pins.

The AD8475, for instance, will take a full bipolar input and shift/attenuate to single-supply-differential converters.
