Using the built-in 16-bit differential ADC in MKW01Z128

I refer to Section 2.6.1 in the Datasheet for MKW01Z128 (attached) wherein it is mention that I can get 16-bit accuracy in the ADC only while using the ADCx_DP0 and ADCx_DM0 pins. I am unable to locate these pins in the pinout diagrams. I wish to connect 2 16-bit analog input channels to the microcontroller. Which pins are capable of accepting these inputs?

Regards,
Jyoti.

Hi Vinay,

The KW01 has a Cortex M0+, the documentation was taken as a reference for other sub-set.

Unfortunately, this MCU doesn't have that specific pins, but you can use next pins ADC0_DP1/2 and ADC0_DM1/2.

You can use other pins like ADCx_DP1 and ADCx_DM1, but this pins are not for the 16 conversion purpose.
Note:You will have some extra noise because the MUX has more alternatives inside.

Hope it helps.

Best Regards,

Mario
