xPC56xx ver B and MPC 5604 IO Output Level 3.3v fails

Hello,

I am using the mentioned Evalboard and MPC. When I try to set the VIO to set the peripheral logic level to 3.3V it stays at 5V.

So far I have changed the J4 - VIO Peripheral Logic Level in the Power Modul to, is there any other change I have to take into consideration?
