1) T1040RDB-PA use T1040 v1.0 silicon
2) T1040RDB-PB revB uses T1040 v1.1 silicon without the modification for RGMII rx skew spec update.
3)T1040RDB-PB rev.C (currently shipped) uses T1040 v1.1 silicon with the following modifications:
- add RGMII RXCLK 500ps PCB delay line for new T1040 chip requirement
- add jumper to SD card VDD power for 1.8V or 3.3V selection"
