Is there have fsl_vpu_omx patch for android 4.2.2?

We run android4.2.2 in the imx6q, I only find fsl_imx_omx file,how can find fsl_vpu_omx patch for android 4.2.2?

for vpu accelerated codecs one can look at

sect.5.3 Freescale Enhanced Codecs attached Codec

Release Notes. It does not mention omx patch, I believe omx player

is restricted availability.
